Rules and community guidelines across Sejm Roleplay systems and servers.
SejmBot & SejmBot Global
Effective date: 14 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of SejmBot & SejmBot Global (the “Bot” or the “Service”). By using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The operator of the Service is Maksymilian Gąsior. For matters related to the Service, these Terms, appeals, unlinking a Roblox account, or requests, email: kontakt@sejmroleplay.pl.
SejmBot & SejmBot Global is a Discord bot used to support a fictional roleplay community connected with Roblox and Discord. The Service may include user verification, account linking, community functions, and organizational functions available on the Discord server. The Service is for entertainment and roleplay purposes. It is not an official service of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, any public authority, Discord, or Roblox.
The Service is not intended for persons under 13 years old. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet the age requirements and rules set by Discord, Roblox, and the law applicable to your place of residence. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a person under 13 years old used the Service, they may contact the Operator at kontakt@sejmroleplay.pl to report the matter.
To use the Service, you may be required to have a Discord account and a Roblox account. You agree to link only a Roblox account that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. Verification or linking of a Roblox account may be performed using Roblox authorization. The Service does not access your Roblox or Discord password.
If you want to unlink a Roblox account from a Discord account within the Service, you must send an email to kontakt@sejmroleplay.pl and provide information that allows us to verify the request. After the Roblox account is unlinked, some or all Service functions may stop working until the account is linked again.
The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms, for personal and non-commercial purposes connected with roleplay gameplay. You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, decompile, circumvent security, or attempt to access the source code of the Service, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
By using the Service, you agree to:
The user is responsible for content and actions they perform within the Service and on the Discord server. The Operator may remove content, restrict access, or take other action if the Operator considers it necessary for security, community order, or compliance with these Terms. Content created by users remains their content, but the user grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and technically process it to the extent needed for the Service to operate.
The Service operates using Discord and Roblox. The Operator does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, changes, errors, administrative decisions, terms, or privacy policies. Your use of Discord and Roblox is governed by the rules of those platforms. The Operator is not affiliated with Discord or Roblox.
The Operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, security risk, abuse, extended inactivity, a user request, a request from an authorized authority, or discontinuation of the Service. A user may stop using the Service at any time and request unlinking of a Roblox account or deletion of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided as is and as available. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, conformity with the user's expectations, or complete security of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, loss of data, interruptions in the Service, actions of users, or acts or omissions of Discord, Roblox, and other third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
The code, structure, graphic elements, texts, and other elements of the Service belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holders and are protected by law. By providing suggestions or feedback about the Service, you agree that the Operator may use them free of charge to develop, improve, or modify the Service.
The Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms. Users will be informed of material changes to the Terms within a reasonable time through available communication channels, in particular on the Discord server. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means acceptance of the changed Terms. If you do not accept the changes, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by Polish law and, where applicable, European Union law. The parties will try to resolve disputes amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be heard by the competent Polish courts, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force. The Operator's failure to exercise or enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. Section headings are for organization only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
For matters related to these Terms, operation of the Service, unlinking a Roblox account, complaints, or appeals, contact us by email at: kontakt@sejmroleplay.pl.
